The availability and sensitivity of anticancer vaccines involve rare concerns especially in low- and middle-income countries e.g., Pakistan. A key point of this review was to evaluate the availability of anti-cancer drugs in open and private areas, as well as in the middle of it for patients with varying levels of lead.

Results

Traditional medicines such as cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and etoposide were the most recommended prescriptions. Oncologists were reluctant to allow other temporary drugs because of the high cost. Originator brands (OBs) became the fastest (52.5%) but the most expensive (53.4%); while most generic values (LPG) were not readily available (28.1%) but reasonable (67.9%). Anticancer drugs were significantly more limited to patients in the major financial sector than to low-income patients.
